Starting with the base, which is T-shaped cast iron, ribbed inside for stiffness. Above it sits a C-frame column, deep and solid at the root. The wire drum mounts on the side, keeping the wire path short, the guide wheels few, and the tension consistent all the way to the cut. The worktable sits on a cross-slide, and the upper and lower wire arms form a clean loop around the cutting zone.

Every part of this machine is built around one goal: keep the wire and the workpiece exactly where they need to be, for as long as the program runs.
